How payment works
Everything runs through Headway.
When you book, Headway verifies your benefits and shows your estimated cost per visit. A card on file is charged automatically after each session — you won’t need to submit claims yourself.
No insurance?
Self-pay is available.
If you don’t see your plan, or prefer not to use insurance, self-pay rates are shown in Headway during booking before you confirm.
